ABOUT

Hi there! My name is Rachel Feaster and I am a lover of all things related to wellness, fitness, and yoga. Want to know how I got my start? Then by all means, keep reading... 

 

I have always firmly believed that daily movement is my “happy pill” – a way to lift my mood and stay healthy. I discovered yoga while looking for an alternative form of physical exercise. After committing to a 40-day challenge of daily yoga, I fell in love with the additional benefits of mindfulness and stress relief, realizing that there was so much more the practice could offer to help balance my busy life.

 

I offer hatha and vinyasa flow-based classes that combine both strength building and rejuvenation - just the right amount of effort and ease. I offer multiple modifications and adjustments to make the class accessible to all levels, as well as allowing the practitioner to honor the body’s needs.

 

I have my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Synergy Yoga School under the guidance of Tami Hafzalla and Jodi Boone. I also recently finished a certification course in Restorative Yoga and hope to offer this practice to patients with cancer at my clinic.

 

When I'm not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find me practicing as a clinical oncology pharmacist, exploring other fun ways to challenge the body, and picking endless weeds out of my new vegetable garden.
